Setup your PrinterCo app

Follow these steps with your MyPanel dashboard. If you need help, our support links are included below.

Enter your API Key

This is automatically generated when you register with PrinterCo. Find it in your email and in MyPanel under Settings > API.

Enter your API Password

When registering with PrinterCo, you created an API password. To reset it, go to MyPanel dashboard > Settings > API.

Enter your Printer ID

A unique Printer ID is generated when you add a printer in MyPanel. Learn how at pco.link/add-printer.

Enter your License Key

Generate a free license key in MyPanel under Printer List > Printer Edit. Set Register License to Yes, submit, then click your printer to view the key.

Enter the Notify URL

This optional URL receives order notifications from PrinterCo, including Order ID, status, and acceptance time for your own customer workflows.

Test your setup

Your Shopify store is now configured to print orders automatically using PrinterCo POS. If orders are missing, use the WatchDog tool at pco.link/watchdog-tool.
